Open Question: Are Luaus allowed at campsites?

I'm planning a group camp-out and we'd like to do a traditional cook-out by digging a small hole(pit) and making an earth oven to bake food for a small celebration...are there any camp grounds in Illinois that will allow this kind of activity?
