Open Question: Campsites on the East Coast?

HI! I live in NJ and am trying to go camping with a group of about 10 people. We've already went camping once this summer at High Point State Park in NJ. Does anyone know of any campsites where my friends and I can go camping? Doesn't have to be in NJ but not too far away. Delaware, Maryland, PA is also just fine. We would love to go camping on a beach if anyone knows of a good place! We are all between the ages of 21 and 26. :) So a leanback kind of place is preferable. I know we aren't usually supposed to drink at those places but we won't be too crazy.
