So i have already done a training camp for a weekend not so long ago (and wasn't great as i was ill) and next week end im doing my Practice and we have to walk something like 25km with full backpacks (last time it was only with part-packs and 7km ) and would really LOVE some tips or tricks to help me.... especially with food (10pts)
